Byron was appointed as a Trustee in April 2012 and has been asked to strengthen the Trust’s Strategic Plan and Governance.
He joined the Trust after taking early retirement from GlaxoSmithKline, a major employer in Harlow, Essex and Hertfordshire, after 35 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. He was involved with Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Strategic planning and Leadership development.
Byron lives in Hertford and is also a Director of a Golf Club and a Leadership consultant working with several multinational companies.
